Gina was AMAZING!!! She looked up listings every day in my search criteria. We went to countless houses looking for the perfect house for me. I have purchased not one, but two homes with Kevin because he's really just that awesome. This guy knows the areas all around Austin, is familiar with all the details you wouldn't even consider, knows the professionals in and connected to the realty business, and seems to have information about just everything! He's super laid back and easy to talk to and work with. He's a dad and a family guy so he really gets why a house is important to a family and why different aspects mean different things to families (for us a school district with a good SPED program for my son with special needs). He steered us away from things that wouldn't be beneficial to us and wasn't focused on only "making the sell." He really worked with us and found the right home for our family! He’s thorough, honest, and hardworking, and when he says, “I’ll get right on it” you know it will be taken care of. This is the third time we’ve used him as an agent and we consider him family. He’s truly the best.

He was very professional, really engaged with us, and easy to connect with. When he was unable to spend time showing us house due to other conflicts, he assigned someone to help make sure we got into homes and made offers in a timely fashion. Once we decided to build a home, he stayed in close contact with us and ensured we were getting our needs met. Most importantly, when the construction timeline fell significantly behind schedule, he advocated for us to ensure things got back on track. Even after closing, Kevin has checked in a few times to ensure things are as we had hoped they would be. Overall, we had a great experience with Kevin.

Kevin was awesome 7 years ago when we bought our home and I promised him if we ever sold, he would be the guy we called. So we started chatting around July about potentially selling in 4Q. His presentation of the home was top-notch, and he negotiated a great deal for us. Most importantly, I trust Kevin. Completely.
