I have not yet started the process of looking at homes but can attest to Annie's great communication skills . She always answers my questions and when the time comes she will for sure represent me. Her knowledge of the area coupled with her customer service is what sets her apart from other agents. I’ve purchased three homes in my lifetime and Christie Stephens is by far the best agent I’ve known or worked with. Born and raised in Waco, she knows all the ins and outs, the up and coming areas, the value in school districts, the value in the houses, and most importantly, where I wanted to be. The house she found me in Central Waco, so close to Castle Heights, is my dream home. A nicely up-kept 1930s beauty with a backyard for entertaining better than all the neighbors. Knowing the real estate world a little myself, Christie was more than patient with me as I’m extremely picky and know just what I want. She took the time to answer all my questions and like a networking queen, had her people on the line in the snap of a finger, answering any question or solving any problem I was having. Carlos was an absolute blessing to have as our Realator. The first thing that I noticed about him was that I felt like I could ask any questions- regardless of how dumb. This was super important to my husband and I because this is the first house we have ever purchased. The second thing that stuck out is the way he never pressured us to buy a specific house or tried to push us towards anything if we didn’t feel comfortable with it. He made sure that we controlled the climate of what houses we wanted to see and continued to encourage us along the way when it felt like everything was moving slowly. The third thing is he is a great communicator. He always messaged us back timely and checked in on us to see if we had questions throughout the week when we were browsing. And as soon as we wanted to see a home he would immediately make an appointment to view it. This was extremely important to us because my husband and I are in the military and so we were not in Texas during the entire process. Carlos actually drove one hour North of Austin every time we wanted him to view a home for us and he would FaceTime and send videos of the home so we could see them. All in all I could not recommend Carlos more to anyone! Thank you for guiding us through the purchase of our first home.

Since I still reside in my starter home, I have not worked with a realtor since 1976! A very long time ago. Elle was spectacular to work with, primarily because her personality meshed with mine immediately. Sometimes in life, you get to work with people you like, sometimes you get to work with people who know what they are doing. Elle has both of those qualities and what a joy. She knew how to talk to me when I was seriously a wreck whether she knew it or not. She was always there for me if not right away, quickly thereafter. There were many things she did for me that I can't imagine another realtor doing. Her suggestions were on point and given to me in an assuring manner. I wholeheartedly refer Elle to anyone who needs a realtor with knowledge and a heart.

Elle was outstanding from the beginning. She has even offered to help us get rid of boxes, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better Realtor because I don't believe there is one. We really appreciated her donating to habitat for humanity in our names. What a kind and generous person she is!

If you're looking for a realtor in Austin, Elle Klein Garrison is someone you have to consider. As a first time home buyer, she made the process simple, years ago. And she's just a sweet, patient, all around person.

I rarely write reviews and only do so for the exceptional. Jesse Schaeffer easily reaches that distinction. I have worked with hundreds of professionals in my 30 year career, and Jesse is one of my favorite people to work with, regardless of industry. He has a great ability to anticipate your needs and proactively deliver upon them. Without prompting, he identifies opportunities and obstacles and works behind the scenes, bringing solutions, often before you knew you had a problem. As a small example, once the closing documents were available for our deal, Jesse quickly read them over, and optimized the coverages and costs, moving remaining costs to the seller, saving us several hundred dollars, and only pinging us for the “OK.” Additionally, he made connections to architects, builders, city permit reviewers, arborists, and other specialists, in order to make sure we were surrounded by the experts we needed to achieve success in our real estate project. He deployed his drone without asking to send photos of the views from the 3rd floor for prospective lots. My take is that 99% of real estate agents approach the job as a volume game, resulting in a situation that ultimately minimizes time spent with each client. I believe Jesse approaches his job quite the opposite, and focuses on making each client feel like they are his only one. In summary, I highly recommend Jesse. His work ethic compelled me to write what I believe is the only recommendation like this I have ever done, and I’m not young.

Jesse is the beast of the breed - he’s extremely proactive, communicative, and expertly in tune with market dynamics. He’ll go above and beyond, guiding you to whatever outcome fits your needs. Highest possible recommendation, particularly for those looking to rent their homes.
