Randomly chose Steffan after looking at some listings on Zillow. After meeting him in person on our first visit to Austin, we were very impressed…1000x more helpful than our agent in Houston. Anyway after showing us around he turned us on to the perfect neighborhood and we found a house that was perfect for us. E also had some a special financing situation and helped us get in touch with a lender and title company that made closing a breeze. By far the best Real Estate experience we have had in the past 35 years!!!

In a nutshell I met Gina via email on Feb 24th and I closed on my house on March 29th. I looked for two weeks and made two bids. Gina never pressured me or pushed me to bid higher than I wanted which turned out perfectly because the second house was THE one. She managed my expectations about the market and that it would be tough buying. She answered all of my questions and was SO supportive. She gave me the perfect advice and I was able to put in a bid that the seller liked enough so they didn’t even have an open house. And feedback from the seller was they not only liked my numbers but they liked how buttoned up and packaged my bid was and that was 100% Gina. I would not hesitate to recommend Gina to anyone!
