I have purchased and sold several homes with various real estate agents but my experience recently with Linda Baddour has been the best so far – beginning, middle, end, and beyond! My situation was complicated as I was navigating an out-of-state sale -- with untimely repairs needed -- to complete a 1031 Exchange into Texas. Linda’s awareness of the process and her relationships with the builder/seller kept everything moving; even when we thought the deal may not happen. Her composed demeanor was greatly appreciated when I felt so many things were out of control. She buffered me from “the noise” of the transaction by managing communications with the seller and escrow/title companies so I didn’t feel even more overwhelmed. She was always very responsive, even late into the evening. Linda’s CPA background was critical and appreciated as she also helped me make informed financial decisions. I greatly respected her input and don’t have any regrets on any decisions I made based on her feedback. After I closed, she even offered to advertise my new investment to get it occupied as soon as possible. My experience with Linda in my purchase was so positive that I am already looking at additional purchases, would use her again, and definitely recommend her to others!
Lynn was a pleasure to work with and was a tremendous help in navigating a tricky market. She was patient and always available for questions, and always diligent in giving opinions based on her own experience while never making any claims about things that couldn't be known for certain or were outside her role. Her patience was incredibly appreciated as we went through every stage of small multifamily, from house to condominium and back, and was always receptive to new search terms and reaching out to see all options.
She worked really well with the team I chose, and had great industry contacts to recumbent, to make the closing process as smooth as possible. There were surprisingly few last-minute fire drills, and for those that did come up, she was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure they would be resolved. As a first-time buyer, it's hard to not fixate on little things, and again Lynn would make sure that the focus remained on the big picture goal to get the deal across the finish line.
All in all, the experience was great and highly recommended.

Julie is great to work with through the real estate process from helping us try to find temporary housing through purchasing a home in Leander. She is very thorough and helps guide the buyer through the process especially for us being new to Texas, which is different than other states we have owned homes in, but somewhat similar to Ventura County, CA. Very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable with a willingness and flexibility to work with us from start to finish. Kasey Gilliam and Kim Jowers were the agents we worked with in purchasing our home in Austin. They are very knowledgeable and couldn't ask for anyone better. We actually met with Kasey last year when we were not sure about purchasing, but Kasey was of great help and gave us great advice to visit the neighborhoods we are interested in so that we get a sense of how the neighborhood feels instead of just looking at pictures of the house online. My wife and I had a wonderful experience using Julie Stoakley when purchasing a house in Austin. Julie is very friendly and made us feel like we were her only client. She returned calls quickly and got us more information than we asked for. She guided us through the inspection process and was there for both inspections. Julie had leased our property as a corporate rental before we decided to sell it. She got us a good monthly rate and kept it leased continuously. When we decided to sell, the market was slower than we expected and, although we had a really nice property, we were a little worried it wouldn’t sell quickly or at an acceptable price. Julie’s marketing and pricing strategies were smart though and we had multiple offers we were happy with 4 days after it was listed. She made the process easy and fairly stress free. I missed the bubble when listing my home but Jeremy had the house staged; had an Open House and Bramlett sent me notices via email when the house had been looked at by a prospective buyer. I put a lot of work and money into necessary renovations but Jeremy kept me informed as to the status of buyers. I asked him to put up extra For Sale signs around the entrances to the neighborhood for extra visibility. The house was posted the day after Labor Day and closed 11/10/2022.

After renting in Austin for 9 years, Corrine turned me into an Austin homeowner! This wasn't easy, as I picked the most challenging year in recent history to be a homebuyer. Also given the parameters that I didn't want to move to the outskirts of town to be far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Corrine spent many hours each day gathering houses to consider, creating a list to visit, and driving me to probably close to 30 houses over roughly a month. We made offers on five houses that I recall, as Corrine guided me through that challenging process.
