Bailey Moran was our realtor for our home search.

As first time homeowners, we felt overwhelmed at the start, but what we loved about Bailey is that she provided plenty of guidance and support without ever making us feel pressured or pushing us in one direction or another. At the outset, Bailey told us what to expect--giving us an overview of the whole process, her role, who else she'd bring in, and what we would need to do at any given stage.

During the search, Bailey was always flexible and available for home viewings. She endured barrages of text messages from this anxiety-ridden homebuyer, and always responded kindly, patiently, and helpfully.

Bailey provided guidance to us from which neighborhoods to focus on to what vendors we could use for some repairs we needed (all of whom were fantastic, by the way!). When there was an issue with the house that required repairs prior to closing, Bailey went by the house almost daily, and texted, called, and emailed with updates and pictures.

In the end, the whole process felt much more effortless than I had expected, and we are so happy with our new home. If you want a genuine, empathetic, funny, and helpful realtor, Bailey's your lady. We feel so lucky to have found and worked with Bailey, and can't recommend her enough!

Kasey Gilliam did an amazing job of getting our family relocated to Austin from the east coast. She worked really hard and drove me all over Austin to look at houses during our search. She was always prepared and was sure to make the most of every hour since I was only in town for a couple days.
