Danny's communication, availability, and the ability to come up with active solutions is second to none. Danny was extremely helpful in countless situations; whether it was educating us on the buying process, the market, how contracts work, and everything in between (we were first time home buyers so we had A LOT of questions), Danny was always there to explain things to us in a way that made sense - even when we asked the same question multiple times. :) He never made us feel like he was just trying to get us to buy anything and wasn't afraid to give his opinion on homes when we asked for his advice based on what he had learned about our likes/dislikes and wants vs. needs. Oh, and let's not forget Danny had to deal with the difficult seller after his agent refused to answer his or Danny's calls at the end of the process. Shame on her indeed...but that didn't phase Danny. I mean, the guy drove to the comptrollers office at 8am in the morning to update the seller's LLC with little to no help from the other side. If that doesn't speak to his professionalism, dedication, empathy, and loyalty I don't know what does.

Jean was so great to work with! She was very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure all of our questions were answered. She made selling our home fast and easy and I can’t wait to work with her again in our future home searches!

My friends purchased their home with Kasey's help and loved their experience. They couldn't recommend her highly enough, so when I started my search I followed their advice and reached out to Kasey. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Austin real estate market (I don't think there is a street she can't speak to!), diligent, responsive, and just enjoyable to work with. Vikki is incredible! She is a savvy businesswoman dedicated to her craft and her clients. When we first met Vikki, she got to work right away on finding our family a home that matched our preferences. She worked hard and sent us so many great options! She was quick to ask our opinion after viewing the property so that way she could continue tailoring the search. I cannot commend Vikki enough on her communications - she even set up a home viewing itinerary while she was at a family retreat! We are now in a beautiful new construction home in a quiet community, all thanks to Vikki. Highly recommend!

Ruth helped us to view many houses and (over months) to make multiple offers in a really, really tough market for buyers. Our low bids were our own fault! Ruth's guesses are always spot on. We finally had a bid accepted last month, and Ruth helped us re-negotiate after significant problems were discovered. Ruth has gone above and beyond for us, giving us far more time during this long search than we could reasonably have expected. She even helped us look for a rental when we'd basically given up. Her advice has always been immensely valuable and brutally honest. She is the most knowledgeable agent I've met on the Central Austin market. She also handled our stress well, and believe me, buying in Austin right now is stressful!
