This guy knows the areas all around Austin, is familiar with all the details you wouldn't even consider, knows the professionals in and connected to the realty business, and seems to have information about just everything! He's super laid back and easy to talk to and work with. He's a dad and a family guy so he really gets why a house is important to a family and why different aspects mean different things to families (for us a school district with a good SPED program for my son with special needs).
